Family Fest 2010 Recap

On August 28, we participated in Family Fest 2010 at Dulles Town Center - hosted by Johnson Promotions & Events.  At our table, we had basic information about skateboarding and our skatepark project.  Walmart was nice enough to donate a few Tech Deck boards and ramps for our booth, which we had laying out on the table for all of the kids (and adults) to play with.

Overall it was a really fun event, we met great people and shared lots of information. Thanks to everyone who came to check out our display and to shred the mini Tech Deck halfpipe! Special thanks to Anibel and Austin for helping me out at the table for a straight 6 hours!
